Be free from shame

Shame is different from guilt. Guilt says I have done something wrong…I made a mistake but shame says you’re wrong…you’re a mistake.
Shame leaves us with an intensely painful feeling that we are unworthy of love and we don’t belong....but Jesus bore our shame on the cross. We can be free from shame!
