Ephesians 3:1-13
In Ephesians 3:1–13, Paul reveals just how breathtaking God’s plan has always been. The Gentiles haven’t been given the cheap seats or made honorary members of God’s family, they are fellow heirs, one body, sharing the same promise in Christ. The Church isn’t God’s Plan B; it is a Spirit-filled, multinational family through whom God is displaying His wisdom to the world and even to the unseen powers. And Paul himself becomes an example of the grace he preaches: the persecutor becomes the preacher, the prisoner refuses to let Rome define his story, and what looks like defeat becomes another demonstration that God’s eternal purpose in Christ is still unfolding.
